1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fj77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fj77 platform and the legal entity operating it.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register an account on fj77, you must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. Registration by corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities is not permitted.

2.2 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are not registering on behalf of any other person or entity.

• You are not a current or former employee of fj77, or an immediate family member of such an employee.

2.3 fj77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Management

3.1 Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on fj77. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately and any balances — including real funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fj77 support immediately at [email protected]. fj77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 fj77 may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements confirming your registered address.

3.5 You may close your fj77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 All deposits on the fj77 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fj77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier, as displayed on the Cashier page.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. fj77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated fj77 account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 fj77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which fj77 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 fj77 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to request source-of-funds documentation where a deposit appears inconsistent with normal player activity on the account.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the Cashier page and may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier.

5.3 All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC review. fj77 will process verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4 fj77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposit, or anonymous payment wallets. The name on the receiving payment account must match the name registered on your fj77 account.

5.5 Where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawals may only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 fj77 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to individual terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.

6.3 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds may become withdrawable once wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.4 Where a player holds both real funds and bonus funds in their account, real funds will be wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

6.5 fj77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is amended after a player has already opted in, the player will be notified and may choose to forfeit the bonus without prejudice.

6.6 Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim repeated welcome bonuses, or using low-variance wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games on the fj77 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. fj77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be void and the wager amount will be returned to your account balance. fj77 will not honour any claimed winnings derived from a technically malfunctioning game.

8 Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fj77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account without their consent.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.

8.2 Where fj77 identifies prohibited activity, we reserve the right to withhold all funds pending investigation and to report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

9 Responsible Gaming

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written consent from fj77.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of fj77's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 fj77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 fj77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. fj77 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

11.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. fj77 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform, beyond the specific obligations set out in these Terms.
